My fancy mamma-jamma camera takes video, too. And pretty good quality at that. So, I recorded one of my favorite Avett Brothers' songs Saturday night at the show; here is "Talk on Indolence." I think Seth Avett (the one with the guitar on the far right) is the most entertaining in this one: from him ripping his tie off (around 1:10) to crashing the cymbals with his feet (around 3:15). They are such high energy performers. And I'm glad I was zoomed-out enough to catch the crowd up front going crazy! Love these guys!
I was on standby the whole show, so I could catch my favorite song, "November Blue" but they didn't play it this time. I was a little disappointed, but there's always next time!
